What We Collect
When you submit an inquiry, seller intake, broker request, or listing-alert signup, we collect the information you type into the form: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your request (budget, market, timeline, business details, message). If you save listings with your email, we store the list of saved listing IDs against that email. We do not collect payment information and we do not run advertising trackers.
How We Use It
Form submissions are used to respond to your request, route buyer interest to sellers or brokers, and send the listing information you asked for. Saved-listing emails are used only to send you your saved list. We do not sell personal information.
Where It Lives and How Long
Submissions are delivered to us by email via Mailgun (our email processor) and stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Inquiry records expire automatically after 2 years; saved-listing records after 1 year. To have your information deleted sooner, use the contact form and ask — include the email address you used.
Third Parties
We use Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Mailgun (email delivery) to operate the site. Listing pages may link to the original source listing on third-party sites; their privacy practices are their own.
